Now that I’m able to reconnect with this blog and other SMART DOGS projects, thought I’d share a glimpse of where I’ve been, why I’ve been away.   

A mental version of this timeline was one of many things that helped me understand and then release the enormous heaviness that had accumulated.   

Thankful for the journey, lessons and new strength. 🙏💗
